MQTT augmentation

ACK ingestion — determine delivery via observers

Message ingestion — capture room posts via observers

Topology ingestion — collect route, SNR, and path reliability data for known infrastructure

Advert ingestion — discover users and their locations

Activity monitor — packets from an inactive member resume sync (at most every 15 min)

RF will always be used for fallback and route calculations: what the observers report never changes routes, delivery scores or the push pace, and if the broker is unreachable the room carries on exactly as before.

Virtual repeater a second identity on the room's radio that relays for the mesh

Relay packets — turning this off stops relaying at once (queued relays are dropped); it keeps advertising
